Extraordinarily, how it is all about perception in life…
An extra-ordinarily crammed shop.
And yet one can always find a happy-making object.
Even more than one.
An (extra)ordinary lagoon (at Orbetello).
Birds will be birds.
Except when they are pinkish flamingos! (This image is thanks to my zoom, I have yet to see them as up close. They like to stay away.)
Coffee will be coffee (never, if you ask Italians), but this one (in Porto Santo Stefano) is extra happy-making. Do yourself a favour: be extraordinary. Live happily.

I need that chest of drawers. How gorgeous it is. I promise one day I’ll visit just to clap eyes on the wonderful works of art called “Manja’s daily view.”

Hehe, Sabiscuit, but I haven’t bought it! Yet! 😀 Thanks, though. My daily view for sure merits a visit or two.

Especially love the Pink Flamingos!

Oh, yes, Lisa, these have been a real surprise. I’d thought one must go much more to the south to see them.

Great collection here. Plus I admire the flamingo shot. My flamingo zooming attempts never seem to succeed 😦

Thanks, ssw! I must admit I’m a bit weary of the zoom on my Nikon – it is absolutely in-your-bedroom stalkerish! If I wanted, I could shoot people FAR away! A good thought for the next time I visit an FKK beach 😀 And these birds must really like their privacy…

You should take photos of the stars with that zoom! 😉 Lucky you!

See – I was not sure for a while if you mean stars in the sky or ‘stars’ in the streets. 😉 I’m not interested in the latter much, as for the former: I had enough hard time with the lunar eclipse already! 🙂

Stars in the sky is what I meant, haha! 😀 I have some zoom envy now – with my little thing there’s no point in dreaming about capturing the milky way

This came out all wrong. What I thought of was me keeping an eye out for paparazzi, not me spying on nudists. :p

Yeah, you would! 🙂 Thanks, badfish. If you ask (my) Italians, they say this is the best brand.

It just means hands in Italy though hehe.

Haha, that’s true. 😀 Whereas ‘Manja’, my name, means ‘eat’ in Roman dialect – kind of figures…

Oh that’s true. ha. An actually, Mani, my name is short for Manija!

I saw that, in your About me. Quite fascinating – I have never before seen this form. In my language (Slovenian) your name means ‘Mania’ 🙂 Also, look here: https://manjamaksimovic.wordpress.com/2015/05/04/cees-odd-ball-challenge/
