SL-WEEK 10: Windows of my soul

I like shooting windows almost as much as doors. There was a “Windows” folder waiting even before I saw the theme of this week’s Sylvain Landry’s challenge. I love it when things align.

The above ones are multiple, the ones below are singular. They remind me of a photographer friend who used to have Ljubljana window shots published in our magazine. Thank you for showing me how it is done, Dunja! Maybe one day I’ll get it 😀

And to conclude, two personal windows to bring a smile to a few lips: a reflected kitchen window and the very beautiful and important roof window.

  1. Wow, those are some truly amazing shots!!! What city were they done in mostly? Many look so italian 😀 Love the ones with the clothes hanging in the front or with the statues. The shots from below are also very intriguing – never thought of thrying that out with old buildings, only with new ones! Very good, thanks so much for sharing them 🙂 !!!

    1. Thank you! 🙂 Each photo has a caption with the location info. All photos were taken in Slovenia. Most of the photos (except the first one – Ljubljana – and two of the little ones) were taken in Piran which is a town on the coast and Italy is not far away. The one with the clothes shows the green building which is a bed&breakfast where you can stay if you come on a visit. 🙂
